# §10826. Administration

- (a) **In general—** The [Secretary](/usc/42/242q–4.md?p=2) shall carry out this subchapter through the [Administrator](/usc/42/4005.md?p=1) of the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration.
- (b) **Regulations—** Not later than 6 months after November 27, 1991, the [Secretary](/usc/42/242q–4.md?p=2) shall promulgate final regulations to carry out this subchapter and subchapter III.
