# §10249. Cooperation of other departments and agencies


Each [department](/usc/42/10101.md?p=8), [agency](/usc/42/8262.md?p=1), and instrumentality of the United States, including any independent [agency](/usc/42/8262.md?p=1), may furnish the [Negotiator](/usc/42/10101.md?p=32) such information as he determines to be necessary to carry out his functions under this subchapter.
