# §10108. Applicability to transportation


Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to affect Federal, [State](/usc/42/10101.md?p=24), or local laws pertaining to the transportation of [spent nuclear fuel](/usc/42/10101.md?p=23) or [high-level radioactive waste](/usc/42/10101.md?p=12).
