    - (G) making a good faith effort to continue to maintain a [drug-free workplace](/usc/41/8101.md?p=a-5) through implementation of subparagraphs [(A)](#a-1-A) to [(F)](#a-1-F).
  - (2) **Individuals.—** A [Federal agency](/usc/41/8101.md?p=a-7) shall not make a contract with an individual unless the individual agrees not to engage in the unlawful manufacture, distribution, dispensation, possession, or use of a [controlled substance](/usc/41/8101.md?p=a-2) in the performance of the contract.
