# §1325. Annual report


Not later than December 31 of each year, the Chairperson of the [Council](/usc/41/1321.md?p=2) shall submit to the [appropriate congressional committees and leadership](/usc/41/1321.md?p=1) a report on the activities of the [Council](/usc/41/1321.md?p=2) during the preceding 12-month period.
