# §9303. Access to Theodore Roosevelt Island


Subject to the approval of the [National Capital](/usc/40/8702.md?p=2) Planning [Commission](/usc/40/15101.md?p=1) and the availability of appropriations, the Director of the National Park Service may provide suitable means of access to and on Theodore Roosevelt Island.

See section 8711(f) of the revised title. The words “from time to time” are omitted as unnecessary.
