# §6923. Compensation and expenses


Members of the National Visitor Facilities Advisory [Commission](/usc/40/15101.md?p=1) who are not officers or employees of the [Federal Government](/usc/40/3701.md?p=a) or the government of the District of Columbia are entitled to receive compensation under [section 3109 of title 5](/usc/5/3109.md) and expenses under [section 5703 of title 5](/usc/5/5703.md).
