# §3302. Prohibition on construction of buildings except by Administrator of General Services


Only the Administrator of General Services may [construct](/usc/40/3301.md?p=a-2) a [public building](/usc/40/3301.md?p=a-5). The Administrator shall [construct](/usc/40/3301.md?p=a-2) a [public building](/usc/40/3301.md?p=a-5) in accordance with this chapter.
