# §17705. Approval of Federal Communications Commission


A [transfer](/usc/40/17701.md?p=3) under this chapter does not require the approval of the Federal Communications [Commission](/usc/40/15101.md?p=1) except to the extent that the approval of the [Commission](/usc/40/15101.md?p=1) is necessary under [section 17704(3) of this title](/usc/40/17704.md?p=3).
