# §17508. Compliance

- (a) **Administrator of General Services.—** The Administrator of General Services shall comply with and be subject to this chapter with regard to all [motor vehicles](/usc/40/17101.md?p=2) that are used within the General Services Administration for official purposes.
- (b) **Managers of Other Motor Pools.—** This chapter with respect to [motor vehicles](/usc/40/17101.md?p=2) from the Interagency Fleet Management System shall be complied with by the [executive agencies](/usc/40/17501.md?p=1) to which such [motor vehicles](/usc/40/17101.md?p=2) are assigned.
