# §15731. Southeast Crescent Regional Commission


The [region](/usc/40/15101.md?p=6) of the Southeast Crescent Regional [Commission](/usc/40/15101.md?p=1) shall consist of all counties of the States of Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, and Florida not already served by the Appalachian Regional [Commission](/usc/40/15101.md?p=1) or the Delta Regional Authority.
