# §15307. Tribal participation


Governments of [Indian tribes](/usc/40/15101.md?p=4) in the [region](/usc/40/15101.md?p=6) of the Southwest Border Regional [Commission](/usc/40/15101.md?p=1) shall be allowed to participate in matters before that [Commission](/usc/40/15101.md?p=1) in the same manner and to the same extent as State agencies and instrumentalities in the [region](/usc/40/15101.md?p=6).
