# §3704. Postal Service program for other Government agencies


The [Postal Service](/usc/39/102.md?p=1) may establish a program to provide property and [nonpostal services](/usc/39/3702.md?p=1) to other Government agencies within the meaning of [section 411](/usc/39/411.md), but only if such program provides a net contribution to the [Postal Service](/usc/39/102.md?p=1), defined as reimbursement that covers at least 100 percent of the [costs attributable](/usc/39/3631.md?p=b) for property and [nonpostal services](/usc/39/3702.md?p=1) provided by the [Postal Service](/usc/39/102.md?p=1) in each year to such agencies.
