# §207. Seal


The seal of the [Postal Service](/usc/39/102.md?p=1) shall be filed by the Board in the Office of the Secretary of State, judicially noticed, affixed to all commissions of officers of the [Postal Service](/usc/39/102.md?p=1), and used to authenticate records of the [Postal Service](/usc/39/102.md?p=1).
