# §7905. Requirement of honorable discharge for veterans receiving assistance


No [veteran](/usc/38/101.md?p=2) shall receive financial assistance under this chapter unless the [veteran](/usc/38/101.md?p=2) was discharged from the [Armed Forces](/usc/38/101.md?p=10) under honorable conditions.
