# §7654. Obligated service


A person receiving assistance under this subchapter shall provide service in the full-time clinical practice of the person’s profession as a full-time employee of the [Department](/usc/38/101.md?p=1) for the period of obligated service provided in the agreement of such person entered into under [section 7603 of this title](/usc/38/7603.md).
