# §5126. Benefits not to be denied based on lack of mailing address


Benefits under laws administered by the [Secretary](/usc/38/101.md?p=1) may not be denied a [claimant](/usc/38/5100.md?p=1) on the basis that the [claimant](/usc/38/5100.md?p=1) does not have a mailing address.
