# §2069. Access to telehealth services


To the extent practicable, the [Secretary](/usc/38/101.md?p=1) shall ensure that [veterans](/usc/38/1101.md?p=1) participating in or receiving services from a program under this chapter have access to telehealth services to which such [veterans](/usc/38/1101.md?p=1) are eligible under the laws administered by the [Secretary](/usc/38/101.md?p=1), including by ensuring that telehealth capabilities are available to—

- (1) such [veterans](/usc/38/1101.md?p=1);
- (2) case managers of the [Department](/usc/38/101.md?p=1) of programs for [homeless veterans](/usc/38/2002.md?p=a-1) authorized under this chapter; and
- (3) community-based service providers for [homeless veterans](/usc/38/2002.md?p=a-1) receiving funds from the [Department](/usc/38/101.md?p=1) through grants or contracts.
