# §1985. Decisions by the Secretary


Except in the event of suit as provided in [section 1984 of this title](/usc/38/1984.md), or other appropriate court proceedings, all decisions rendered by the [Secretary](/usc/38/101.md?p=1) under the provisions of this chapter shall be final and conclusive on all questions of law or fact, and no other official of the United States shall have jurisdiction to review any such decisions.
