# §1789. Mental health services for members of the reserve components of the Armed Forces


The [Secretary](/usc/38/101.md?p=1), in consultation with the [Secretary](/usc/38/101.md?p=1) of Defense, may furnish mental health services to members of the [reserve components](/usc/38/101.md?p=27) of the [Armed Forces](/usc/38/101.md?p=10).
