# §1754. Reports


The [Secretary](/usc/38/101.md?p=1) shall include in the annual report to the Congress required by [section 529 of this title](/usc/38/529.md) a comprehensive report on the administration of this subchapter, including such recommendations for additional legislation as the [Secretary](/usc/38/101.md?p=1) deems necessary.
