# §1722B. Copayments: waiver of collection of copayments for telehealth and telemedicine visits of veterans


The [Secretary](/usc/38/101.md?p=1) may waive the imposition or collection of copayments for telehealth and telemedicine visits of [veterans](/usc/38/1101.md?p=1) under the laws administered by the [Secretary](/usc/38/101.md?p=1).
