# §425. United States Navy Band; United States Marine Corps Band: allowances while on concert tour


While on concert tours approved by the President, the [members](/usc/37/101.md?p=23) of the [United States](/usc/37/101.md?p=1-A) Navy Band and the [United States](/usc/37/101.md?p=1-A) Marine Corps Band do not forfeit allowances.
