# §80306. Restrictions

- (a) **Profit.—** The [corporation](/usc/36/220501.md?p=b-7) may not operate for profit.
- (b) **Political Activities.—** The [corporation](/usc/36/220501.md?p=b-7) shall be nonpolitical and nonsectarian.
