# §80103. Constitution and bylaws


The [corporation](/usc/36/220501.md?p=b-7) shall have a constitution and may adopt bylaws for the admission and qualifications of members, the management of its property, and the regulation of its affairs. The [corporation](/usc/36/220501.md?p=b-7) may amend its constitution and bylaws.
