# §70901. Organization

- (a) **Federal Charter.—** Future Farmers of America (in this chapter, the “FFA”) is a federally chartered [corporation](/usc/36/220501.md?p=b-7).
- (b) **Perpetual Existence.—** Except as otherwise provided, the FFA has perpetual existence.

2019—Subsec. (a). Pub. L. 116–7, § 2(1), which directed amendment of subsec. (a) by substituting “FFA” for “corporation”, was executed by making the substitution the first place appearing to reflect the probable intent of Congress.
