# §40730. Surplus property


The [corporation](/usc/36/220501.md?p=b-7) may obtain surplus property from the Defense Reutilization Marketing Service to carry out the Civilian Marksmanship Program. A transfer of property to the [corporation](/usc/36/220501.md?p=b-7) under this section shall be made without cost to the [corporation](/usc/36/220501.md?p=b-7).
