# §30905. Exclusive right to emblems, badges, marks, and words


The [corporation](/usc/36/220501.md?p=b-7) has the exclusive right to use emblems, badges, descriptive or designating marks, and words or phrases the [corporation](/usc/36/220501.md?p=b-7) adopts. This section does not affect any vested rights.

The words “This section does not affect any vested rights” are substituted for “it being distinctly and definitely understood, however, that nothing in this chapter shall interfere or conflict with established or vested rights” for consistency in the revised title and to eliminate unnecessary words.
