# §230507. Exclusive right to name, seals, emblems, and badges


The [corporation](/usc/36/220501.md?p=b-7) has the exclusive right to use the names “The Vietnam Veterans of America, Inc.”, “Vietnam Veterans of America, Inc.”, and “Vietnam Veterans of America”, and seals, emblems, and badges the [corporation](/usc/36/220501.md?p=b-7) adopts. This section does not affect any vested rights.
