# §220508. Headquarters, principal office, and meetings


The [corporation](/usc/36/220501.md?p=b-7) shall maintain its principal office and national headquarters in a place in the United States decided by the [corporation](/usc/36/220501.md?p=b-7). The [corporation](/usc/36/220501.md?p=b-7) may hold its annual and special meetings in the places decided by the [corporation](/usc/36/220501.md?p=b-7).
