# §220106. Exclusive right to name, seals, emblems, and badges


The [corporation](/usc/36/220501.md?p=b-7) and its councils, organizations, chapters, and affiliates have the exclusive right to use the names “United Service Organizations, Incorporated” and “USO” and seals, emblems, and badges the [corporation](/usc/36/220501.md?p=b-7) adopts.
