# §21307. Annual report


The [corporation](/usc/36/220501.md?p=b-7) shall submit an annual report to the Secretary of the Smithsonian Institution on the activities of the [corporation](/usc/36/220501.md?p=b-7) and the condition of historical study in America. The Secretary shall submit to Congress any part of the report the Secretary decides is appropriate.

The word “activities” is substituted for “proceedings” for consistency in the revised title. The words “any part of the report the Secretary decides is appropriate” are substituted for “whole of such reports, or such portion thereof as he shall see fit” to eliminate unnecessary words.

L. 104–66, set out as a note under section 1113 of Title 31, Money and Finance.
