# §210307. Exclusive right to name, seals, emblems, and badges


The [corporation](/usc/36/220501.md?p=b-7) has the exclusive right to use the name “369th Veterans’ Association” and seals, emblems, and badges the [corporation](/usc/36/220501.md?p=b-7) adopts. This section does not affect any vested rights.
