# §190106. Exclusive right to name, seals, emblems, and badges


The [corporation](/usc/36/220501.md?p=b-7) and its subordinate departmental subdivisions and local chapters have the exclusive right to use the name “Reserve Officers Association of the United States” and seals, emblems, and badges the [corporation](/usc/36/220501.md?p=b-7) adopts.
