# §170307. Exclusive right to name, seals, emblems, and badges


The [corporation](/usc/36/220501.md?p=b-7) and its regional districts and local branches have the exclusive right to use the name “Pearl Harbor Survivors Association” and seals, emblems, and badges the [corporation](/usc/36/220501.md?p=b-7) adopts.
