# §153903. Powers


The [corporation](/usc/36/220501.md?p=b-7) may—

- (1) adopt a constitution and bylaws;
- (2) adopt a seal; and
- (3) hold real and personal property in the United States, but only to the extent necessary to carry out the purposes of the [corporation](/usc/36/220501.md?p=b-7) and only in an amount not more than $50,000.
