# §153107. Annual report


The [corporation](/usc/36/220501.md?p=b-7) shall submit an annual report to the Secretary of the Smithsonian Institution on the activities of the [corporation](/usc/36/220501.md?p=b-7). The Secretary shall communicate to Congress any part of the report that the Secretary considers of national interest and importance.
