# §153104. Exclusive right to name, seals, emblems, and badges


The [corporation](/usc/36/220501.md?p=b-7) and its subordinate divisions have the exclusive right to use the name “National Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution”. The [corporation](/usc/36/220501.md?p=b-7) has the exclusive right to use and to allow others to use seals, emblems, and badges the [corporation](/usc/36/220501.md?p=b-7) adopts.
