# §150709. Headquarters and principal office


The headquarters and principal office of the [corporation](/usc/36/220501.md?p=b-7) shall be in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia. However, the activities of the [corporation](/usc/36/220501.md?p=b-7) are not confined to the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia but may be conducted throughout the States, territories, and possessions of the United States.
