# §150412. Service of process


With respect to service of process, the [corporation](/usc/36/220501.md?p=b-7) shall comply with the laws of—

- (1) the jurisdiction under which the [corporation](/usc/36/220501.md?p=b-7) is incorporated; and
- (2) those jurisdictions within the United States and its territories within which the [corporation](/usc/36/220501.md?p=b-7) carries out activities in furtherance of the purposes of the [corporation](/usc/36/220501.md?p=b-7).
