# §120110. Liability for acts of officers and agents


The [corporation](/usc/36/220501.md?p=b-7) is liable for any act of any officer or agent of the [corporation](/usc/36/220501.md?p=b-7) acting within the scope of the authority of the [corporation](/usc/36/220501.md?p=b-7).
