Eligibility for membership in the [corporation](/usc/36/220501.md?p=b-7), and the rights and privileges of members of the [corporation](/usc/36/220501.md?p=b-7), are as provided in the bylaws of the [corporation](/usc/36/220501.md?p=b-7).
