# §60909. Multiple agencies


In the case that more than one [agency](/usc/34/60911.md?p=5) conducted the initial investigation of a [cold case murder](/usc/34/60911.md?p=6), each [agency](/usc/34/60911.md?p=5) shall coordinate their case file review or full reinvestigation such that there is only one joint case file review or full reinvestigation occurring at a time in compliance with section [60901(f)](/usc/34/60901.md?p=f) or [60903(d)](/usc/34/60903.md?p=d) of this title, as applicable.
