# §60702. Establishment


The Attorney General of the United States is authorized to establish and carry out a [program](/usc/34/60701.md?p=2), to be known as the “Project Safe Neighborhoods Block Grant [Program](/usc/34/60701.md?p=2)” within the Office of Justice [Programs](/usc/34/60701.md?p=2) at the Department of Justice.
