# §21304. Application


A [State](/usc/34/21701.md?p=3) seeking an increase in the amount provided to the [State](/usc/34/21701.md?p=3) under the [covered formula grants](/usc/34/21301.md?p=1) shall include in the application of the [State](/usc/34/21701.md?p=3) for each [covered formula grant](/usc/34/21301.md?p=1) such information as the Attorney General may reasonably require, including information about the law described in [section 21303 of this title](/usc/34/21303.md).
