# §20943. Federal assistance in identification and location of sex offenders relocated as a result of a major disaster


The Attorney General shall provide assistance to [jurisdictions](/usc/34/21502.md?p=6) in the identification and location of a [sex offender](/usc/34/21502.md?p=9) relocated as a result of a major disaster.
