# §20932. Immunity for good faith conduct


The Federal Government, [jurisdictions](/usc/34/20911.md?p=10), political subdivisions of [jurisdictions](/usc/34/20911.md?p=10), and their agencies, officers, [employees](/usc/34/20911.md?p=12), and agents shall be immune from liability for good faith conduct under this subchapter.
