# §12408. Inclusion in National Incident-Based Reporting System


Not later than 2 years after September 13, 1994, the [Attorney General](/usc/34/10307.md?p=1), in accordance with the [States](/usc/34/11103.md?p=7), shall compile data regarding [domestic violence](/usc/34/12291.md?p=a-12) and intimidation (including [stalking](/usc/34/12291.md?p=a-36)) as part of the National Incident-Based Reporting System (NIBRS).
