# §12407. Recommendations on intrastate communication


The [State](/usc/34/11103.md?p=7) Justice Institute, after consultation with nationally recognized nonprofit associations with expertise in data sharing among criminal justice agencies and familiarity with the issues raised in [stalking](/usc/34/12291.md?p=a-36) and [domestic violence](/usc/34/12291.md?p=a-12) cases, shall recommend proposals regarding how [State](/usc/34/11103.md?p=7) [courts](/usc/34/12291.md?p=a-7) may increase intrastate communication between civil and criminal [courts](/usc/34/12291.md?p=a-7).
