# §11274. Federal and non-Federal share; methods of payment

- (a) The Federal share for the renovation of existing structures, the provision of counseling [services](/usc/34/12291.md?p=a-51), staff training, and the general costs of operations of such facility’s budget for any fiscal year shall be 90 per centum. The non-Federal share may be in cash or in kind, fairly evaluated by the Secretary, including plant, equipment, or [services](/usc/34/12291.md?p=a-51).
- (b) Payments under this section may be made in installments, in advance, or by way of reimbursement, with necessary adjustments on account of overpayments or underpayments.
